福井名物「浜焼き鯖」は、脂ののった大ぶりの鯖を丸ごと串に刺して、強火の遠火で丁寧にじっくり40分かけて焼き上げた逸品です。焼いてから真空パック加工しましたので、解凍後は湯煎かレンジで２分ほど温めてお手軽にお召し上がりいただけます。地元では生姜醤油でいただきます。御飯にもお酒にもよく合う一品です。
